Platform Nature: Lumi is a multi-vendor e-commerce platform.
Merchant Operations: By registering and opening a store on Lumi, merchants can publish product information and sell products to users.
Role of Lumi: Lumi acts solely as a platform service provider. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, Lumi does not act as the seller of the goods.
Registration Obligations: Merchants must provide truthful, legal, and valid business information for registration.
Account Security: Merchants are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and are liable for all business activities conducted under said account.
Compliance Commitment: Merchants shall ensure that all listed products comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Violation Handling: The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a merchant's account if they violate laws, engage in fraudulent activities, or harm platform operations.
Transaction Agreement: Orders placed by users through the App constitute a transaction agreement between the buyer and the merchant.
Performance Responsibility: Upon completion of payment, the merchant is fully responsible for order fulfillment, shipping, and after-sales service.
After-sales Policy: Unless otherwise agreed, policies regarding shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds are determined by the merchant.
Dispute Resolution: Transaction disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the buyer and the seller.
Third-Party Payment: Payments are processed by third-party service providers (such as Google Pay). Lumi does not store the payment credentials of merchants or users.
Transaction Results: The platform only transmits the order transaction status to the merchant after the payment is completed.
Limitation of Liability: Lumi assumes no legal liability for disputes between merchants and users.
Platform Content: All text, graphics, logos, etc., within the platform are protected by intellectual property rights. Merchants may not use them without authorization.
